What’s included in individual and couples’ counselling?
Intake
The first session is a space for us to begin getting to know what brings you to counselling, what feels most important right now, and what strengths you’re already drawing on. Together, we’ll begin to identify what you’d like support with as we move forward.
Education
Psychoeducation is integrated into our sessions and may include personalized information, tools, and resources relevant to what you are navigating. This can help support understanding of emotions, patterns, and experiences as they arise in your life.
Support
At the heart of therapy is the experience of being heard and not having to hold everything alone. This is a space where you can sit with what is present for you, and be met with care, attention, and support as we work through it together.
