Shift your story. Make sense of your life.

About Me

I believe that people make sense of their lives through stories — the ones they inherit, the ones they are given, and the ones they come to understand for themselves.

As a counsellor (CCC pending), I am interested in the moments when those stories begin to shift — when experiences no longer fit the way someone has understood themselves, their relationships, or their life up to that point.

Therapy can offer a space to slow down and notice what is changing. Rather than replacing someone’s story with a new one, the work is about understanding what their experiences have meant, and what they might be asking for now.

I draw from an integrative approach, including narrative and emotionally focused therapies, along with tools from CBT, DBT, self-compassion work, and bibliotherapy. This allows us to work with emotion, relationship patterns, and ways of thinking alongside the meanings people are making of their experiences.

I work with people navigating a wide range of experiences, including infertility and reproductive challenges, neurodivergence, grief and loss, relationship changes, and other life transitions that can reshape how we understand ourselves.

My approach is collaborative and relational, grounded in the belief that there is no single way a life is meant to look. Clients are the experts in their own lives, and my role is to support reflection, clarity, and new understanding where it feels needed.

Sessions are a space to slow things down, make room for complexity, and explore experiences without needing to reduce them into something simpler than they are.

If you are in a place where something in your life feels uncertain, shifting, or hard to fully name, you are welcome here.
